I started two digital ventures that went absolutely nowhere. Before being declared a persistent loser, I was fortunate to sell our third start-up to a public company. And now, may the fourth be with us — Ponto Care is our next baby. Truth be told: once you catch the entrepreneurial bug, it’s really hard to let go of it.

PROBLEM: Having a chronic condition is a big deal. Staying on top of it shouldn't.

SOLUTION: Ponto Care prevents the evolution of chronic disease complications by making recurrent medical evaluations easily accessible and attractive.

HOW WE DO IT: Bringing advanced exams (e.g., eye exams, ultrasound, lab tests, cardiovascular diagnostics, lung function tests, etc.) to the patient’s home, while keeping their trusted doctor in charge of the whole process.

PROBLEM: A good match between drug-trial and research center depends on complex and shady data.

SOLUTION: A digital place where everyone can see who's doing what, where, and how – a social platform designed for trust, where clinical research data is crowd sourced, treated and shared in the form of data visualizations even a seven year old can make sense of.
